I love this place. All the equipment you need right at your fingertips. I get off work late and go right in and change there. I've been using Ricky Daniels for my personal trainer for the past few weeks and starting to see results. Very clean and tidy place to workout. I tell everyone I know about 5 Star Fitness.

I joined 5 Star Fitness the first of the year! I needed to get this baby weight off for my anniversary trip with my husband in April. I started working with an awesome trainer, Ricky Daniels Jr! Without question, he said I could meet my goals! He is very affordable and truly does care to help me meet my goal. Since January, I have lost 15 pounds and over 10 inches. He motivates me and never lets me give up! Along with an awesome meal plan and great work outs, I would recommend this gym to everyone! Go ask for Ricky! Very pleased!
